Seafood Pasta...a medley of black tiger prawns, scallops and mussels in a creamy dill sauce, served over penne.

Pasta Primavera...a medley of fresh vegetables sauteed in a cream sauce, tossed with fettuccini noodles and topped with feta cheese.


Louisiana Prawn Pasta....black tiger prawns sautéed with mushrooms, red and green peppers in a creamy Cajun sauce, served over penne

Jambalaya....this recipe is taken right from the French Quarter, with fresh chicken, chorizo sausage and mushrooms simmered in our fire roasted chunky tomato sauce, served on penne

Horsethief Pasta Platter....our own special fettuccini alfredo sided with your choice of a 6oz sirloin, two charbroiled chicken breasts or a half rack of bourbon BBQ ribs.

Shanghai Stir fry...broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, onions and bell peppers sauteed in a teriyaki sauce and served on a bed of rice or noodles. Your choice of beef, chicken or prawns.
